Vegan Chocolate Mousse

This vegan chocolate mousse was decadent and SUPER simple, just 3 ingredients!?

I whipped a can of unsweetened organic coconut milk for a few minutes, stirred in 1 tsp pure vanilla extract and 1 scoop of my vegan chocolate protein powder. Then I scooped 4 equal portions into bowls, popped them in the fridge for a couple hours, took one out and topped with chia seeds and banana, and devoured it! Great treat.?

And let’s be honest, it looked a whole lot prettier BEFORE I dropped my phone in it trying to take a pic.??‍♀️
