Homemade Yogurt Pouches

The boys favorite post nap snack are these homemade yogurt pouches. They contain less than half the sugar that store bought ones do! They also pack over 33 grams of protein and a serving of fruits and veggies in each pouch.

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop of strawberry banana smoothie powder (this is a pediatrician approved formula containing plant based protein and a serving of fruit and veggies in each scoop)
  • splash of unsweetened vanilla almond milk
