Meet Megan Lynch

As a former Division 1 softball player I was always in decent shape, so when I became pregnant with my son, it was the first time I saw serious weight gain. Seeing numbers I had never seen on the scale before was a little daunting, but I knew my body was doing what it needed to in order to create a safe environment for my baby. I went back to work part time, on my husband’s off days, when my son was almost three months old and my work pants were TIGHT!

Lets talk!

I clearly still had weight to lose

But with me going back to work, my husband working long hours, and an infant there was no time for the gym. And even if I could make it there for a bit, my son was too young to be in the daycare at the gym, nor did I want him exposed to all those germs yet. So, I needed to do something else. I had done home workout programs in the past, but wasn’t sure I was up for something that rigorous yet. I tried a new program that came out on the advice of a friend and started drinking a nutrient dense shake. The program was 21 days long and after the first round I had lost 7 lbs. and 11 inches, I was ecstatic to say the least. I felt so good and energized, I knew I had to keep it going, so I completed another round, lost 5 lbs and 7 inches and I was hooked. I was able to get back in shape all while my son giggled at me from his Bumbo seat.

Get Started

and then I got pregnant with my second son

The summer of 2015 I was in great shape and then I got pregnant with my second son. This time my stomach stretched even bigger, and I earned myself even more stretch marks than before. But, I stayed healthy and active throughout the pregnancy by drinking my shake daily and completing maternity workouts in my living room.

become healthier

I bounced back quickly

after giving birth to my 10 lb. baby boy because I understood what types of food I should be eating to fuel my body, and once I was released for workouts I began to complete program after program, each challenging me in new ways.

Lets Talk About You!

And now the goal is a healthy, fit pregnancy for Baby #3

We are extremely excited to meet our new baby in November and until then I'm on a mission, right alongside my virtual gym community, to have a healthy and active pregnancy. I've been following along with my meal plan (of course enjoying a few treats here and there), and working out 4 to 5 days a week.
